Modular Upcycling Workshop for the Fashion Design Department at Shih Chien University

As an alumnus, Pei-Wen returned to the Fashion Design Department of Shih Chien University to share her expertise in modular design. She conducted a workshop where she guided participants in systematically transforming discarded or second-hand clothing into specific modular components. By establishing standardized processes, these modules can be combined to create entirely new and unique designs. This method enables efficient and scalable upcycling, opening up new possibilities for turning discarded clothes into valuable resources. Pei-Wen encouraged students to incorporate these waste materials into their future projects, fostering sustainable and innovative fashion practices.
